M Property Services was founded upon the purchase of the DeMedio Realty Group’s portfolio of property management clients which consists of residential and commercial properties. By purchasing the DeMedio portfolio, we have strategically integrated over 40 years of professional property management services. We have embraced the personalized service delivery our clients have become accustomed to, and we are integrating it with a structured, technology-based, property management platform to guide the delivery of exceptional property management services to our client real estate investors and our client tenants.
