Our dedicated leasing team will create customized marketing and tenant placement programs to market vacancies, screen applicants, and prepare leases for your rental property.

Marketing

Our team will create a comprehensive marketing plan for your property which includes professional photographs and online advertising. Your rental property will be listed on multiple online and social media sites including, but not limited to, MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Rent.com, Realtor.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. In addition, we will market your rental property directly to our extensive database of tenants and other agents in the local market.

Tenant Applicant Screening

All prospective tenants are thoroughly screened by incorporating the best practices of our team of leasing professionals, and the requirements set. Once viable prospective tenants are secured, we will provide you with all relevant personal and financial information to make an informed decision as to whether to accept the applicant or we will handle this final step referencing a detailed set of requirements set forth by the owner.

Lease Preparation & Management

We utilize the standard form of residential rental leases established by the State of Pennsylvania, however, we add additional language and requirements to protect the interests of our client owners as landlords to anticipate and try to mitigate as many risks or issues that may come up. In addition to the standard form of lease, we also include an addendum which requires each of our client tenants to sign a confirmation that they have read, understand, and will abide by the specific protocols and procedures that we establish for each of our managed properties.
